[FARC] Hal Silverman, W3HWC SK

It is with deep sadness I announce Hal Silverman, W3HWC passed away this 
morning.  His wife, Ann said he had a second stroke on Thanksgiving Day, and 
stopped eating the day before.  

Hal had coordinated Amateur Radio training classes -for years- for our club 
until retiring from the duty just last year.  He will be missed.  

Preliminary arrangements for a memorial service at KEENEY & BASFORD funeral 
home 106 Church Street, Frederick on SUNDAY December 8 @ 3PM.  Please check
