Hi Buddy,
Yes, this something that the FRC is working on. The FRC leadership made it
clear when asked by myself that even though I have the dual hat of being
both the FADCA and FRC Digital Coordinator, that my duties do not include
D-Star Digital Coordination and they further stated that as far as what
FADCA is and has been working to achieve, that it is business is as usual
for other Digital Coordination's. So we all wait for the acceptance of a
proposal which starts the allocation of Narrow band VHF and UHF pairs for
use by D-Star Repeaters . It will be interesting to see how quickly we can
get it going. Your suggestions made to the FRC are always welcome.
