[FADCA] Coordination of Devices

Something that needs to be addressed, is the coordination of D Star Data 
Repeaters (DD) and D Star Data simplex operations. Yes, I know that 23 cm is very 
much underutilized and that there is plenty of room for everybody. But, D Star 
Data transmissions require 200 KHz channel spacing and cannot stand 
interference, at all. There are several of us "fooling around" with DD simplex, now - 
and it works great. There are going to be more of us. DD repeaters are going to 
start appearing, soon. Why wait for things to get screwed up? I have some 
ideas...
