      NO, there would be too many hidden terminals and your location would
      put you in the middle of pure noise. The best solution is point
to point, but

      times the signal between Tampa and Arcadia is not good enough for a good

      NO, see point 1, Clermont in this case is the first looser. Good frequency
      coordination would indicate that you would use some form of directional
      antenna in order to put the signal where needed. You would have a separate
      antenna for Clermont, and another for Tampa,  Arcadia. I am worried about
      the angle between Tampa and Arcadia with respect to your end. What is
      the problem with some small 440 Mhz Yagi antennas for each site?
