[FADCA] "Packet Node Project"?

Hi De Joel N4JOA, I got a letter from this guy (W5ONL), same info he
says the TAPR data base has N4JOA listed as a node. He said the reason
i got a letter was...he had no e-mail address for me. I was going to
respond but maybe i will wait and see what the rest of you think about
this. My station is not officially a node or a swsitch. Just a full
service BBS with the digi mode active on 145.03 (WPB K4PKT-8 LAN).
