He originally contacted Tom k0zxf, who sent him to me. I have had some
good correspondence with him, and you will find that he will answer you
right away. This was a project that was started back in the early 90's and
I think it was part of the nation wide project to catalogue the network nation
wide. Drop him a note and he will give you a full explaination of it.
