Telpac is NOT a client! Do you mean Paclink?  You access Telpac with either:
Paclink AGW
or
AirMail packet
or (for limited testing only)
A packet terminal program.  That allows only the limited keyboard commands.

Do you have access to one of those clients?

I have a Telpack setup and operational here in Ocala... I think.
I can connect to it and it telnets to a server. Other than that I am
unable to pass traffic thru it from the radio side. I have been unable
to set up a Telpac client and I know of no one who has a client pgm.

Pretty much useless I guess!

Oh well, I guess I'll concentrate on cleaning up my home station's
antennas and tower.
