Win 98/ME might help - So far the vast majority of my testing has been with
Win2000/XP... but AGWPE should work with Win95/98/98SE/ME as well.

The assumption is that when a user connects to a Telpac the Telpac bridges
the user to a PMBO - just as though the user had connected to the PMBO
directly. The HELP file comes from the linked PMBO so the next question is
which <PMBO>.no-ip.com are you linking
to... primary and secondary? It is possible the PMBO you are getting to
doesn't have a Help file.
Your Telnet should have a file C:\program files\telnet banner_1.txt. I'm
not sure when that banner is presented.
