[FADCA] Tampa hamfest Dec 4&5 FADCA meeting

Hi All

We just got done with a winlink/fpac demo here in Fort Pierce and I want to 
thank bud and Charlie for making the trip down to give the demo. Now I'm 
going to have to get busy here and get the Fort Pierce fpac switch moved 
over to the EOC.

Now back to the reason for this message.

I have just sent a message requesting a time slot at the Tampa Hamfest for 
Saturday the 5th. If we can't get a forum time at this late time I still 
want to have a directors meeting at the fest. We haven't had a directors 
meeting in a VERY long time.
We had talked about having one director get together once a quarter and 
that went out the window because of vacations and our weather friends that 
just HAD to visit us this year.

I wasn't going to be able to make the Tampa hamfest this year but with the 
power plant shut down for the storms they have moved the outage to January 
so it looks like I can make Tampa and NOT be able to make Orlando.
I don't have the by-laws in front of me but I think we can take credit with 
the December meeting to possibly cover our corporate meeting that we must 
have in the beginning of 2005.  If the by-laws allow this then we can hold 
our elections and have that done.

Directors,
Please try and attend the Tampa hamfest for the directors meeting.
I will send out more information as I get it.
