[FADCA] FPAC Quick connects

Folks, was poking around the network a bit, and looking at the quick connnects
I was trying to figure out what the rest of you are using for your
quick connect to
the node app?

Here in Tampa we have been using the switchcall-1, so if you connect to any
ssid of -1 you get the node app. Did not see that on any of the others I could
reach.
Looks like -1 connects to I guess the associated BBS. I wanted to see what
all else are doing as we would like to standardized ours here.

Having a quick connect to the switch helps to probe things and force a path
to a neighbor switch when needed.
