[FADCA] FPAC Quick connects

I use call-8 for the node (to manually force subsequent connects out
specific ports, etc.) and call-9 for the switch (automatic routing.) This
leaves call -1 through call-6 for quick connects to other network stations
(BBS, Telpac, etc.) It also leaves the call-0 for use by the owner of the
call on his/her own packet station.
