i get a funny error message TELPAC ID & Welcome =
fileC;\ProgramFiles\TELPACbanner_1.txt  not found=20
in c:\program files \telpac there is a file i edited and changed to my =
call sign ect and saved as banner_1.txt isn't this the file this message =
is about
could i have got a bad download i deleted the address before i thought=20
