[FADCA] Change in my Email address

Due to the demise of DirectvDSL I have had to submit a
change.
Until the new provider has started the service please use
the following address for my email:

Free, I will send you a note regarding the address to send
the coordination requests as soon as I know what it will be.
 We can try the address above.  In the meantime, keep a
copy.  I will let you know if I received a submission.

Sorry for the necessity to change addresses but my current
DSL service provider will  be pulling the plug soon.
