[FADCA] Transmittal speed

Using a 1200b modem with paclen/240 max/7 txd/30 It took 5min 30sec to send
a 30k
file to the local FBBBBS KF4HFR. This is from the moment I hit the connect
key and Winpack disconnecting. This is using compressed forwarding to send
an Ascii text file to our local FBBBBS.

I glad I tested that. That's about 11sec per kbit.
