Thanks for the update.  That certainly explains the reason we can't hear the
MLB switch and you are right- there must be something else awry, though it
must be affecting all three ports, so is still likely a computer problem.

We have another site available in Melbourne - all we need is for PCARS to
support the move.

Last week I was working in another building so I couldn't go to the site.  I
got another ham here at Intersil to reset the switch.  On Friday afternoon
on my way home I went back over there to reset it again. There was nothing
wrong with it.  I also saw the other ham and he also said the screen looked
fine but he reset it anyway.  The bottom line is it looks like there is
another failure mode.  I don't know when I will be able to go there and
spend some time to troubleshoot it.  I was told to get rid of the packet rig
in my office so I can't check it from here.

As far as finding another site, I don't know of any other site in Melbourne
that will give greater height and more accessibility.
