[FADCA] 9k6 at St. Augustine,Orange Park and link to W4JAX-3 in Jax

I now  have the channel elements for the Mitrek radios for
the  links from DAB to STA and STA to Orange  Park and from
Orange Park to JAX to reach W4JAX-3.

Bud, if   we can get together,  maybe we can make some
progress.

Bill, KC4OUA, I will get the Mitrek working on our link
frequency and let you know so you and I can test and set up
the 9.6 kb path (same frequency)

Jimmy, I also received the crystal for  your 2.4 ghz
equipment. They did not send a crystal for the KDK radio,
not sure why, I will have to call them Monday.
