Hi, Russ:
I cleaned out the garage (don't laugh) this past week so I could find space
to work on the DeLand FPAC cabinet. That also took me closer in planning as
well as physically to the stack of UHF Mitreks I'll be tuning for you.
Sometime around June 1 I should be able to move the DEL FPAC to the site and
get it outta my way here. Next job is to get a pair of MItreks working
9.6kb with Tiny-IIs. Once I get two working over the six mile path between
N3PPC and me - I'll go hell bent for leather to get all the UHF radios tuned
as well as get six pairs plus one working 9.6kb for my three switches here.
Send me the TX/RX elements and crystals for your UHF Mireks. If you need
several tuned before July 1 let me know. Otherwise, I'll not tune any until
I have the 9.6kb testing complete which likely be near July 1. The trouble
is that about July 7th we will be outta town for two weeks!
Getting the DEL antennas up and tested is a major worry outta my hair.
Getting the DEL switch boxed and on site will be another.
I gotta get a Life!
73,
bud N0IA
