** Amateur Radio Parity Act **
You've probably heard it before, but the Amateur Radio Parity Act has passed in the U.S. House of Representatives and now sits waiting in the U.S. Senate. Please reach out to Senators Booker and Menendez and ask them to support S. 1534. The ARRL has opened a RallyCongress page to simplify the task:

Just tell the person who answers the phone that you want the senator to vote yes on the Amateur Radio Parity Act S. 1534.

The measure will, for the first time, guarantee all radio amateurs living in deed-restricted communities governed by a Homeowners Association (HOA) or subject to any private land-use regulations, the right to erect and maintain effective outdoor antennas at their homes, while protecting the aesthetic concerns of HOAs.
