[ETS/PARC List] ICOM 718 PL

Thanks Drew.
The process you spelled out sets 1 of 3 tones for RTTY, not the CTCSS tone
to access a repeater.
I found a yahoo group that deals with the ICOM IC-718, I'll post the
question in there soon as my group membership is approved by the moderator.
