[Elecraft] k-pod data cable

I believe MCLR is used to put the PIC (microcontroller) into programming mode
I'm an Atmel guy so I'm not much up on PICs

That's the way to do it, Jim....

I spent some hours pouring over the docs and MCLR is NOT used in this
implementation.
