Shift =.05 does do something but the result still is not as expected.us.

Here's the results with a 2.7 KHz filter
First high cut maxs out a 2.0 KHz, low cut can go to zero.

High cut low cut
2.0 no effect
1.8 0-0.2
1.6 0-0.4
1.4 0-0.6
1.2 0-0.8
1.1 0-0.9
1.0 0-0.9

First, why is does high cut not go to 2.7 KHz? BW for this set of data
is 2.7 in the BW/SHIFT mode.
Second it does not appear that the high cut and low cut controls are
independent.

I'm curious about the reason for these observations.
