[Elecraft] OT-P3 capture of a 17M intruder

I was able to access this URL this morning.  He does do an excellent job of describing the signals complete with recordings.  I believe the signal I recorded is a QAM signal or phase shift keying.  If he returns this morning 1450Z or so I'll record the audio. I  do not believe it is CODAR.  More ears would be useful :)
