[Elecraft] Is "break-in" needed for NiMH batteries

Not required, bu a couple of cycles of c/10 x 16hrs followed by discharge
to 1.0 V will prime the cell for its best capacity. In my experience it
seems you gain on the order of 5% initially by doing this. How that
advantage holds up over time I dont know.
