[Elecraft] How to program the K3 PF buttons to control a KRC2?

The KRC2 ACC outputs are very explicitly available through the K3's ACC menu control. what Craig needs help with is some way to access that control using macros.

So the question is how to access that menu setting in the K3. Any ideas?
