[Elecraft] [KX3] and RMS Express, Winlink.

I also use RMS Express with my KX3 using only a simple transformer/attenuator coupling. The only issue I have is with RMS Express not using the DATA mode with Winmor. I get tired of resetting the data mode every time it changes frequency.

Doing this requires a current-limiting resistor in series on the control line (DTR in my case). I'm using 3.3K for mine, and it keys PTT just fine.

There are two serial ports shown, one for control and the other for PTT. I have two virtual ports (COM19, 20) running through LP Bridge, connected to COM3. COM20 is used to key the KX3, and COM19 is used to control the radio (frequency, mainly).
