OK Folks, I will confirm the bug. We are working on it now and will have a solution ASAP.
My tests show that communications is normal after this point, meaning that the KPA properly communicates the OPER mode to the K3.
The work-around is to set the POWER-ON mode to STBY.
Our apologies for this glitch. We will have it resolved shortly.
