[Elecraft] [KPA500] latest upgrade

I'm seeing exactly the same behavior. You have to cycle to standby and back to operate if turning on the amp and it's set to start up in operate. 
Also, if I set the pwr in the K3 to "nor", the drive and bypass power feature doesn't seem to work at all. To have the feature work, I have to have the pwr set to "by band".
