[Elecraft] UPDATE: [K3} Power-On Failure

Somehow I managed to get the "when all else fails" sequence to work. Then
it got stuck in "EE INIT" mode. Thanks to Brian K3KO, I pulled the ACC
cable to the KPA500, and the "EE INIT" completed normally. Time to reload
the configuration.
