[Elecraft] Interface KRC2 with MK2R

The answer is yes. Since the KRC-2 does not decode Icom CI-V data,
configure MK2R to output HEX/BCD "Band Data" on the ACC ports (one
for each transceiver) and connect that BCD data to the "Yaesu" inputs
of the KRC-2 (again, one for each rig).

You have two choices for the source of HEX/BCD data ... option 1 is
to have MK2R/Router generate the HEX/BCD code based on the frequency
returned by the transceiver (CAT decode) while option 2 is to allow
the logging program (N1MM Logger or Win-Test) to set the appropriate
output using the microHAM Control Protocol.

This capability is not limited to the KRC-2 ... any decoder capable
of HEX to 1 of 16 or BCD to 1 of 10 decoding (e.g., TopTen BD-Y or
W9XT BCD-10, etc.) will work the same way.
