[Elecraft] Interface KRC2 with MK2R

I must have missed the CI-V decoding.  If that's the case, MK2R+ can
(re)generate CI-V data on the ACC port (again one for each radio)
which can be fed to the KRC-2.  The KRC-2 and MK2R can not be connected
in parallel to the transceiver.
