[Elecraft] Interface KRC2 with MK2R

  The KRC2 supports the band decode outputs of Elecraft, Icom, Yaesu, 
and Kenwood -- so the answer should be Yes.

But you mention both MK2R and Icom - you cannot use both at one time.
