[Elecraft] P3 spectrum display does not follow K3 following firmware upgrade

Tap the Menu button, turn Select until you see "FixTrack" then
tap the select knob.  That will return the P3 to the tracking
mode.  The new firmware defaults to the "fixed" mode.

The "center" cursor is not active in the Fixed mode.
