[Elecraft] Alternate microphones for K3

Hello Robert,

I use a Samson stage mic, but I do use a lot of external audio gear for the
audio, it is a legacy from my home brew days when I used to use a phasing
TX, the audio was so good on that I have retained it on the present rig to
good affect.

As for the PTT, I use a miniature Morse key, when I'm not using it I just
tuck it under the rig out of the way.
