[Elecraft] [K3] MD3; or MD7; command changes VFO B filter settings

Hi Frank,

On any given band, both VFOs will normally be either in CW or CW REV.
You can observe this by changing from CW to CW REV on VFO A at the
radio; VFO B will also switch, if it had been in CW mode. However, you
can then set up the filtering differently on the two VFOs (using FW,
BW, IS, and other commands).

I just confirmed the behavior of the "MD" command that you observed,
and will review it for a future firmware release. I hesitate to change
it since a lot of application software expects it to work this way.
