[Elecraft] CW to Data for RTTY

Jim,
You need to use FSK-D, not AFSK-A, to do CW-to-RTTY. AFSK-A is an
audio-transmit mode, like DATA-A, while FSK-D is for "direct" input
from either a computer or the K3's keyer paddle.
This is covered pretty well in the owner's manual, around page 34
("CW-to-DATA").
