suppresses CW output.

At present the K3 is only supporting one part of the auto-CW scenario, 
where the K3 user needs to transmit CW but can still copy the other 
station on SSB. The second part is when fading forces both operators 
into using weak-signal CW, so they will need the full facilities of CW 
mode.

At present, selecting MODE=CW will cause the K3's transmitted signal to 
jump frequency. To allow the QSO to continue without anyone needing to 
re-tune, auto-CW (when enabled) should shift the VFO and display 
frequency by the K3's sidetone offset, whenever the mode is changed 
between SSB and CW. This is normal behavior in transceivers that fully 
support auto-CW.

The requested change would not affect anyone who has not selected 
auto-CW.
