In particular noting that:

- Wikipedia is not a primary source, so everything you say must be 
supported by reliable external sources - you should reflect any negative 
sources as well as the positive ones - you should not select from 
sources to give a specific impression, or even make claims of favourable 
reviews, unless you can find a reliable source that makes that claim;
- vendor literature is very low on the list of reliable sources;
- BBS and mailing list comments are pretty much considered totally 
unreliable (a Peter Hart review or the ARRL equivalent would be examples 
of reliable sources).

Basically about all you could legitimately say about it is that it 
exists and when it was launched, but, in any case, anyone on this 
mailing list almost certainly has too strong a "point of view" to write 
a valid article.

(A lot of ham radio articles are bad because they have been written by 
fans and fall into the "original research" rejection category.  Most 
articles are bad because they are not traceable to primary sources.)

Emails are not formal business letters, whatever businesses may want.
RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
