[Elecraft] [K3] Missing from Wikipedia Entry

Anyone can edit the page, but if you are going to do that, please read the
policies and style guide.  First thing would be an appropriate
encyclopedic entry for Elecraft.

BTW, I am a registered Wiki editor.  Properly done, this is a significant
endevour.
