[Elecraft] Fried N-Gen - what components to reorder?

I accidentally transmitted into my Elecraft N-Gen wideband noise
generator and now it doesn't generate noise.  Surprise, surprise.

I assume I need to replace the MAR-1.  As long as I'm ordering, what
other parts might need replaced?
