[Elecraft] Front Panel Board K2 06014 wheres RP3 10K 8 pin

There should be two 'RP3's in the KSB2 kit.  One is the RP2 (2.0k 6 pin)
that will be mounted on the KSB2 board - the other should be the 8 pin RP3
(10K) that will mount on the Front Panel board.
Look at the parts list carefully, it indicates first the components that go
onto the KSB2 board and further down it indicates the components that go
onto the Front Panel board.

Inventory your entire KSB2 kit contents before proceeding and if you have
any missing components, send a note to mailto:parts at elecraft.com and the
needed parts should be sent to you promptly.
