[Elecraft] K1 Progress

Well - I am awaiting the arrival of my 4 band filter board for my K1 (It was not in the kit when I got it) - However - Richard was very nice and they are sending me out one via Priority Mail - Hopefully it will be here on Tuesday - I think I will be ready for it by then....

Does anyone know if the 4 band module can be setup for 80 meters?


I have built the Front Panel board and am getting ready to put it into the Face Plate.  I am really enjoying this kit - It is really Top Notch - I built many HeathKit Rigs and this far exceeds the quality of any kits I have ever built.  Lots of challenges but very clear and accurate docs.

I am almost done with the front panel and I find myself wandering the Elecraft website looking at the K2 and accessories already! -  I am hooked!
