[Elecraft] Wind the toroid slowly

I'm building my first K2, and first kit since about
'70. Wow, what a joy, this is really fun.

I've been a design EE for 22 years but still wasn't
thrilled about winding all those toroids, but really
you just have to get into the right mind-set and DO
it. My best advice is to buy a set of 'gomer goggles'
AKA jeweler's magnifying headgear, and do each one
like it's the ONLY one.

I think the instructions are a bit vague, really you
need to strip the wires all the way back to the toroid
body if you are gonna use the wires to pull the core
tight to the PCB.

Tomorrow morning I start the Alignment II.
I'm building this for my first battery-powered
solar-charged QRP Field Day as W7MRG.
