	Definitely not there on either side panel, top or rear,
but it was on both bottom pads.  I've removed enough of
that tape to know what it looks like when heavily painted,
and it simply isn't there.  If my side panels were not masked
correctly, it is very likely others were not also.  I don't have
a Dremel so I may just ask Elecraft to send me two new
panels, since I'll be disassembling again anyway to finish
the RF Board.

	Thanks for the tip on the RF Probe, same feedback
I got from another person directly, but a picture/drawing
would be worth a thousand words in the next manual revision.
Sounds as though my Power Switch protrusion is normal.
