10.4 IS between 9.8 and 13 - so all is well.  Any value between 9.8 and 13
is adequate to meet the requirements.  Enjoy building.

Hi, I am working on my K2 and have just finished Part II assembly.  I ran
into difficulty with the PLL Reference Oscillator Range Test. The Ref. High
Freq. is 12098.98 and the low is 12085.29.  The manual states that the range
must be  between 9.8 and 13 kHz. This is 10.04kHz.  Is that close enough??
or must it be exact?
