[Elecraft] K2DSP "not inst" with High VSWR

When tuning the K2/100 with the KAT 100 into an antenna with an initial high
VSWR like a G5RV, the K2DSP says "not inst" when I try to access the DSP
menu.  I then have to cycle the power on the K2 to get it to recognize the
K2DSP.  I have the K2/100 PA shield installed hoping that would fix it but
it has not helped.  I have no problem when the VSWR is pretty low to begin
with.  Cutting power to 10 watts and then tuning helps.

Any suggestions?
