[Elecraft] K2DSP "not inst" with High VSWR

Which firmware rev is the KDSP2 (the "CTL" version is what's important)?
This was discovered shortly after the first units shipped, and was solved
soon thereafter.  Version 3.00 or later have the fix.

Also, if using a KAT100, and if your K2 is below S/N 3000 there is a
resistor that needs to be changed on the K2 control board.  R6, 470 ohms,
needs to be changed to 100 ohms.
