If you are indeed getting your 8 and 6 volts where you are supposed to
be getting them, then I would first go back and double check all the
solder connections on the front panel. Then go to problem 26 for
possible MCU problems.
But I'd be willing to wager there's a bad solder connection somewhere or
maybe a component was installed backwards.
