[Elecraft] KNB2 caps for line noise

Hi John,

Can't really comment on the C11/C12 values but I will note
that at my QTH I have two different "line noises". To the ear
they both sound identical but the KNB2 whacks one of them
completely but just doesn't touch the other one. Who knows?
