[Elecraft] KNB2 caps for line noise

Hi All,
I am building the KNB2 and wanted to know what values for C11 and C12 are 
most effective for fighting line noise. I have read the archives and their 
doesn't seem to be a consencous on what works best in the city for line 
noise.
