[Elecraft] Incorrect (???) Voltage Reading

I like this feature. The voltmeter tells me the voltage *presented to
the radio circuits*, which is important to monitor, whether I'm
operating from batteries or otherwise.

A way to look at this is the following: if you measured the voltage in
an AC wall socket in your house at 120 V you would be satisfied with
this. You wouldn't be concerned that you were not measuring the "real"
voltage up on the power pole!=20
